The photo is certainly photoshopped! The upper serif on the first 'I' of the ISI should have been a little curved to match with the roundness of her arm. So, if the tattoo is fake, the rest is fake too. This shows the low level of Indian media. I thought it was only Bollywood which fakes, copies and imitates Hollywood to make money. Alas, there is no originality in Indian media and cinema.
